Founder and president of the ÁMBIT Foundation where he is heading the groups involved with Personal Growth and Training of Educators. He is the co-creator of "Emotional Ecology".
This concept is treated extensively in a number of books, amongst which "La Ecología Emocional", "La vida viene a cuento" and the trilogy "De la familia obligada a la familia escogida".
He pretends to take a step beyond emotional intelligence, adding individual responsibility and consideration of the global emotional impact to this concept.
